Class Page Proposal

I'm almost done with my web proposal and I began to do the site itself to try it out but I've hit an annoying bug!!. I'm using div tags within div tags with rollover images in those divs. I insert wrapper div first and then in that div I insert another (yes i did choose "at insert point" and "After tag" insert options for them). The problem is that whatever I do, when I try to position my divs they position themselves relative to the whole page rather than the wrapper tag even if I put absolute. Could it be a CS5 related problem?? HELP!!! ..lol
