Quick Question.

Hey guys, I have a question regarding photoshop settings. Which dimensions (height/width) and resolution must we use when opening a new blank page? On my notes I have 780x600 (resolution 72) AND 1050x750 (resolution 72), and I'm not sure which is correct. Also, does anyone know whether using the photoshop CS5 trial allow for the file to open on CS4?

Thanks

The 780 x600 I think was suppose to be 480 x 640 x 72. That was the standard size many years ago when monitors were smaller and resolution less. Now, most people can handle something closer to 900 or 1000 px x 800 or more high. It depends on who your audience is. If you want your site to be more universal, go smaller. If your audience is more high tech, go larger.
