HTML Tables
It's been interesting to go back to using tables for web design. I remember when I first started out hacking HTML, the tables were so much of an ease to me. They offered control over the content, which previous tags hadn't offered. As I became more experienced, I slowly moved over to CSS and scrapped the tables. But I thinks it's necessary to start out with tables when one is introduced to HTML. The technique offers rapid coding, with good results.
